Got questions?
Who handles my payment information?
Stripe does. You enter your card details on their checkout page, not on this site — we never see or store them. Stripe also collects your name and email address so we know who to thank.
Can I give monthly instead of once?
Yes — choose Monthly on the form. It takes the same amount on the same date each month and keeps going until you stop it, and Stripe emails you a receipt every time. To change the amount or stop it, email info@ctxchaos.com and we'll take care of it.
What will I get afterwards?
An acknowledgement from us by email, and a receipt from Stripe for the payment itself. The Stripe receipt and your card statement are the record of what was charged.
Is there a minimum or a maximum?
$1 is the smallest gift we can take online, and $25,000 the largest. For anything above that, email info@ctxchaos.com and we'll arrange it properly.
I made a mistake — can you refund me?
Email info@ctxchaos.com and tell us what happened. Refunds go back to the card that paid. A gift is not a ticket, so there is no deadline on asking.
